1. ALL sales are final and can not be cancelled once order has been placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons.


2.If product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take full responsibility and will be replaced once evidence of damaged product is provided and item is being shipped back to us (we are not responsible for shipping charges). 


3. We ONLY offer refunds with a store credit.

*we are not responsible for any additional taxes charged when the package is delivered to the destination.

Store credit or claims are only valid 24hrs after receiving package WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IS INCORRECT AND THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO THE LOCATION.
